There's another way and it starts with you. These sessions are customised to meet you where you are at. Online or in person (delivered in nature to support grounding and releasing). Frequency can be weekly, bi-weekly or 3 weekly as we all process differently. These options allow for space to process and to integrate at a pace that suits you.

Sessions are organic and include a variety of tools to support and guide you wherever you want to go. Techniques that maybe used are;

Includes a check-in post session, via call or voice note
as you integrate your findings into everyday life.

I recommend a minimum of 3x sessions and up to 12x sessions
to release, clear and gain clarity and to create the shifts you want to see in your life.

You are invited to give what feels right for you and reflects what the session is worth to you within the investment scale. A guided scale supports more people to be able to gain from working with me.
Contributions at the higher suggested amount helps make these sessions accessible to those who may
not be in a position to give as much. There are no judgements only gratitude.
