EVERY 6 WEEKS REFLECT, RELEASE, CREATE It's when we unite and create community that magic really happens. These circles create that magic which you can take in to your everyday living. We can go to an event, a course, a retreat, however we can gradually slip back into old patterns and behaviours. It's the small changes we make in our day to day life that allow us to create the life we want. Reflecting on what's not working, releasing what's holding you back, and creating new ways of being! Here's to creating shifts and watching yourself and others grow! WE ALL HAVE A PLACE IN THIS WORLD! THIS IS A SPACE TO EXPAND! These circles are for everyone!  When sharing my realisations from women's circles, my male friends have expressed an interest in taking part, so I decided to create and lead my own circles. I sense we could gain more insight from a group for everyone. We can learn so much from someone else's life. I have an ability to be vulnerable whilst sharing, which in turn gives others permission to do the same. And equally as powerful, supporting those who are not always in a place to share, meaning they can get answers to their own life events, without having to share. Getting clear on what we want, what's working and what's not, based on the energies around us at the time of each circle. Some of the benefits of being in circle: Self Care Awareness to support change Develop ways to be true to self Understand ourself and others through a different lens Create what you want, into your reality Be seen and heard Build confidence to express self Feel loved and a sense of belonging Sessions are 7pm-9pm plus 30 minutes extra, for socialising in the Hedspace lounge.
