What are the children in your life showing you?

CHILDREN ARE OUR GREATEST TEACHER!…

When we were young, we simply knew!

Although I could do an endless list here’s a marginal few examples.

✨CHILDREN KNOW:

Perfection isn’t a thing! - Nothing has to match, not look a certain way, be a certain way.

Time is an illusion - There’s enough time to do everything you want! Children don’t do the have to, need to’s and should's! (it’s whether not you feel worthy of doing something that’s for you, until we do we’ll keep busy with shit that doesn’t need doing immediately).

They listen to their bodies - They wait to put a coat on (even the navy teach start with less). They pull their socks off when they are too hot and get changed 3 times a day to suit the weather.

Change is normal - They change their minds lots, what they do and don’t want to play with, eat and their clothes even more. Unconditional - They make friends with anyone regardless their colour, faith, clothes, name, where they live, how many toys they have (until someone judges in front of them).

NO - They say “NO”, If they don’t want to do something, they won’t!

✨REFLECTION - DO YOU NEED EVERYTHING TO BE PERFECT? DO YOU THINK YOU DON'T HAVE ENOUGH TIME? DO YOU LISTEN TO YOUR BODY? WHERE DO YOU SAY YES, WHEN YOU MEAN NO?

✨ALL OF THE ANSWERS, WILL BE BASED ON SOME FEAR WHICH COMES FROM SOME CONDITIONING/PROGRAMMING OR AGREEMENT YOU TOOK ON IN YOUR YOUNGER YEARS.

✨WHERE ARE YOU DOING SOMETHING CAUSE OF FEAR OR MORE IMPORTANTLY NOT DOING SOMETHING BECAUSE OF FEAR?

To build trust with yourself, first we must stop betraying ourselves!

wish for you is whatever it is you do or do not want to do, you will feel the fear and make a choice that’s true to you regardless!
